The hotel itself is very decent and close to the airport. Breakfast was delicious, room was sufficient, exercise room was very clean and shuttle available for the airport. The only thing I did not like is the location which is adjacent to highway. This is NOT a walkable location so walking to an OXXO for convenience snacks is not even an option.

Train track right by the hotel and you can hear the whistle 3 to 4 times a night The other side is facing the highway Very small rooms No coffee maker in rooms Only 1 bottle of water for a 3 days stay We had to buy our one water from reception Breakfast is so poor. We loved our stay here! The beds, pillows, and bedding were all high quality and comfortable. The continental breakfast was incredible, much better than what we'd anticipated. And every staff member we encountered - from check in, to room service, to IT support for the TV to airport shuttle -was helpful, friendly, and professional especially given our limited Spanish.

I like this hotel because it’s close to the airport and they have free shuttle services, you can ask them to take you to Silao down town for free, hotel’s courtesy, all employees are very friendly, I recommend 100% this hotel.
