The apartment has a living room (30 m²) with a comfortable couch, free WiFi, satellite TV, stereo with CD player, dining table, kitchenette, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, 2 balconies with a beautiful view of Watzmann, small hallway, bathroom (shower / WC), wooden stairs from the living room to the gallery (children's room) with two single beds, behind the bedroom with a double bed.

Deposit:
The deposit (€ 200.00) must be paid in advance and will be transferred back to your account / credit card no later than 4 weeks after the departure without any damage.
Dog:
We are a dog-friendly apartment. For the accommodation of a dog, we only allow ourselves to charge a small fee of € 10.00 / Dog&Night and we make sure that the four-legged companion is not taken on the couch or in bed.
Bed sheets towels:
Please note that when booking through the reservation platform, bed linen and towels are not included for the rental period.
If you do not want to use your own bed linen and towels, you can optionally book them at least 14 days before arrival. The price for bed linen per person and change is € 6.90, for a set of towels (1 large, 1 small) we charge € 2.60 per person and change.
