We offer this charming 59 m² apartment for rent in Sibiril, 100 meters from the beach, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. It comprises an attractive 27 m² living room with fireplace, open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a 10 m² garden and a 20 m² terrace. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A 27 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa and dining area.
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Sleeping area :
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and connected TV.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A north-facing garden of approx. 10 m², enclosed by a fence and a gate. Garden furniture (table, chairs, armchairs, parasol and electric plancha) are also available to make the most of fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Sibiril, in a very pleasant environment and about 100 meters from the beaches and the small fishing port. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Whether you're a nature lover or a water sports enthusiast, this is the place for you! Stroll along the customs path (GR 34) or enjoy a sunny day on one of the region's beautiful beaches...
You'll be able to take full advantage of water activities such as surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, catamaran sailing and windsurfing, as well as the thalassotherapy center in Roscoff, about 20 minutes from the accommodation.
In summer, you'll enjoy a large number of local festivals such as the literary festival (in May), port festival, sea festival, world championship of periwinkle spitting...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- The nearest train station is in Saint-Pol de Léon, 10 km away (about 13 minutes).
- The nearest airport is in Brest at 51 kms (about 41 minutes).

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available. However, wifi in rural areas can cause connection problems that are beyond our control: sometimes slow or absent when there are disruptions (work in the area to install fibre optic cables, etc.).
- The fireplace is functional. The first flambé is provided.
- Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €25/stay (two pets are accepted), please specify when booking. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your pet, and any damage caused by it may result in the retention of your deposit.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility, or optional on request for a supplement of €60 to be paid on site. Please inform the manager at least 24 hours before your departure.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Ty Frimousse accommodation can be rented at the same time, subject to availability (please contact us for details).
