"My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at Susan's farmhouse. Great location, SO well stocked and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and unlike others we did not find the traffic on the road to be bothersome. Susan was easy to reach at all times and went out of her way to make the house fragrance-free to accommodate my extreme chemical sensitivities. I was SO grateful! But, being sensitive to odors, I may have had a bigger problem with the hard water/anode...

We had some special accommodation requests and Maddi was very attentive and accessible throughout our stay. We understand that things happen and when we got to the property Can you please we couldn’t get the thermostat to work but Maddi put us in contact with her property manager Paula and she was there almost immediately and addressed the problem.
