The hotel has always maintained a clean, modern, and spacious environment, and the staff remains friendly and professional—with a smooth and efficient check-in process. Initially I was given a room with an air conditioning system which was noisy and barely functional, making the room uncomfortably warm. The hotel management kindly changed our room. The new room’s air conditioning was working perfectly, and we were much more comfortable. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue promptly."
