"Staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was nice. Room was ok but bathroom was in urgent need of upgrade and we had no hot water. Please upgrade the pillows and put pillow protectors on. Was a musty smell in the room and it was extremely dark, but I think this was just down to the age of the property. We loved Monseraz and would consider staying here again, albeit in a different room type. "

We also loved all the walking trails and got to see a lot of stars at night on the trails. The hotel staff was wonderful and the property was amazing. "Christina and her family are so kind and helpful and the property is stunning--so close to everything yet tucked away with views of the cork trees and orchards and cows. Pool was lovely. FOOD is amazing. French toast, homemade cake, jams, fruits breads and cheeses and lots of options for all kinds of diets. Room was private and quite. A tad hard to find--look for little sign and go down gravel road a short ways. Easy walk to supermarket too!"
