The unit is remodeled modern style.
1 bedroom, 1 bath with one parking spot. This gated complex has swimming pool and is one block away from one of the most visited beaches in Puerto Rico. Close to main highways, airport, shopping centers, hospitals, supermarkets, restaurants, Loiza Street, Ocean Park and right on the McCleary Ave. which flows into Ashford Ave. (Condado's Main Ave.) Does not include a back up generator or water back up cistern.
The space
One bedroom studio apartment plus sofa-bed in the Condado Main Ave. prime location, McLeary Street. The space includes a remodeled kitchen with 4 space stovetop plus a fridge/freezer. We also have a very comfortable bathroom with a very modern look and a step in closet.

Located one block from the best beach in San Juan and one block from Loiza Street.

Hipster area with many many shops for shopping, eating and hang out.

The building includes a beautiful pool with modern lounge chairs.

Feel free to use the coin laundry machine and dryer at the condominium lobby.

The unit also has one unassigned parking spot for compact vehicle.
