"Host Tracy was fantastic and speaks flawless English. She helped arrange a last-minute tour for us and clearly wants to be helpful. The “treehouse” was beautiful. Not much common sitting within the unit, but between the hammock and outdoor seating we were very comfortable. It was wonderful waking up in the treetops! A yummy breakfast is available for $10. "

"This is a quiet and relaxing place to connect with nature. The resort is located in the Cloud Forest and offers several trails for hiking and a Canopy Zipline on property. The staff is extremely accommodating and the food is excellent. "

"Amazing stay, it is a family run place, we met the owners brother and son - they were extremely cordial and welcoming, invited us to a drink and told us some of the areas history, and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Made to order breakfast was the best from our entire Costa Rica trip. Honestly the pictures do not do the place justice - the inside of the room was very spacious and elegant and sparkly clean; and the grounds were lush and green. "I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. The hot water in the shower cut off halfway through my shower twice. The most upsetting thing was that we booked this hotel based on the fact it...
