Casa Monterrey: San Felipe Vacation Rental House with 4-Bedrooms

Casa Monterrey vacation rental home, is located in San Felipe's South Beach community of La Hacienda. This home was designed and built to be grandiose.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Additional sleeping arrangement on the ground floor is available courtesy of the sofa sleeper. Note that sofa sleepers are generally not as comfortable as a traditional beds.

Head upstairs and there are 2 more bedrooms. The 3rd guest room is right up the first flight of stairs. A huge master bedroom with a equally spacious master bath.

The kitchen is outfitted with a complete set of stainless steel appliances including side-by-side refrigerator . The breakfast bar is the place to share meals and plan where to go and what to see in San Felipe.

Casa Monterrey is fun both inside and outside. Outside, you have the choice of hanging out at the courtyard on the first floor, or head upstairs to the spacious rooftop deck for some tanning. Rooftop deck also has BBQ grill, fire pit and lots of comfortable seating. Oh, and the views - simply spectacular. Sea views, Mountain views - the pictures tell it all.

This unit's community entrance is closed at all times, Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival, you'll have 1 card available per unit, leaving a $50 dollar deposit for each card which is 100% refundable!!

The house is very well maintained and is cleaned by a cleaning crew with experience from U.S. hotels.

With over 2,800 square feet of living space to relax and enjoy, you'll want to bring family and friends on this trip to San Felipe.

Guest provide all needed towels!

Monthly Rental - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
