"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, I wish I could have extended my visit. The staff were extremely accommodating and offered outstanding customer service. The location felt very safe, with many small stores and charming cafés nearby. The hotel was spotless, had a pleasant fragrance throughout, and the restaurant served excellent food. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch. Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. "L’hôtel est top, en retrait du centre donc peu bruyant en plein milieu de la nature. Excellent compromis entre retraite spirituelle (mais pas trop) et pleine nature (pas trop roots), n’hésitez pas. Tips:petit déjeuner local ou continental (sur demande) apporté sur votre terrasse par Alice ou Mona(excellentes manageuses avec de nombreux conseils) sans compter une vue imprenable face aux volcans du lac, et les condors qui frôlent votre yourte."
