"The breakfast room was great and lots of choices for breakfast. Liked the waffles I could toast. Room had choices for decaf and regular coffee. Very spacious and big desk as my husband had a zoom meeting - great wifi. Only suggestion is that although the bar fridge was a good size the freezer door was missing. so couldn't freeze our cooler packs. very quiet. If you are counting on using the pool I suggest you call ahead as it is under construction now we were told. "

"Staff is just amazing!! Front desk manager if 10 stars. We stayed 2 nights and at times felt we were in a cozy ski chalet. Some folks may write not so nice reviews of this hotel.. however… it is not the Ritz Carlton… if that’s what you are expecting stay somewhere else. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Would have liked a microwave but it was just down the hall. The breakfast was basic .. but included!!! Coffee, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. If you NEED more than that… McDonalds is right across the street. This cozy “inn” is in a great location in salmon arm. For the price.. you get what you get … we will definitely stay here again if we need to be in Salmon Arm!! Again.. cannot say enough about the front desk manager!! "
