"Great location, sunbed wars in the morning so if you’re not early you won’t get one and be given a chair. Evenings no chairs to sit around so ironically you’ll be on a sunbed. Couple of creepy staff. Brush it off as most are lovely. Air con not great. No remote control and smells old. Definitely got on my chest and made me sick. Food was hit and miss. Standard hotel food. 2 ala crate. Asian. All greasy and tasteless , Italian. Bit better. Gardens beautifully maintained. And guest relations...

"Hallo, ich habe über hotel.com gebucht. Habe auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Als ich in der Nacht gegen 2:30 Uhr am Hotel angekommen bin, wurde mir mitgeteilt dass keine Reservierung vorliegen wurde."

"Not bad. Mediocre breakfast and no wifi in the room (onky in the hotel lobby) were negatives. Also the lifts could use an update. Big spacious rooms, evening buffet was ok, nice staff, cleaning ok."
