The gîte Le Petit Pozoir for 4/6 people is located on the ground floor of the house. A dining room that can accommodate both lodgings, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed and a private adjoining bathroom for each and two separate toilets.
It has an entrance from the inner courtyard and is equipped with a garden, a terrace and a barbecue next to the lake.
The Le Grand Pozoir gîte for 6 people is located on the first floor of the house. A beautiful living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and its private adjoining bathroom and private separate toilet, a separate bathroom, a separate toilet and on the 2nd floor (open to the staircase) a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds.
It has a separate entrance via an external staircase from the courtyard and is equipped with a garden, a terrace and a barbecue next to the lake.
Private terrace for each gîte, shared garden and private parking in front of the property.
An internal staircase connects the two gîtes locked by a door.
Possibility on site of a 40m² room for 30 people.
