"The location is amazing the staff as well the only issue we encountered they are building next door to the hotel and they started too early so it was very loud other then that it’s a lot nicer then anywhere in Mexico "

"Our stay at Carolina Castaway's was absolutely amazing. The location on the island was perfect for us, with an incredible diving reef out front and many beautiful beaches with snorkel and dive spots all within close proximity. My children loved the pool, especially lit up at night. They also loved the iguanas, birds and cats that have made Marazul their home. Sunsets were incredible from the family dinner table on the upper porch, and when we felt like going out, the restaurants nearby were all fantastic. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Susan and Greg!"

"Lisa is an amazing host! She communicates flawlessly and truly goes above and beyond what a host needs to do. She suggested many great activities for me to try, and since I love diving, she gave me excellent tips and recommendations. Throughout my stay, she checked in regularly, and we had lovely chats about my dives. The sunset view from the balcony is absolutely unbelievable. I highly recommend staying at Lisa’s place, you won’t be disappointed!"

The beach on the property is beautiful. I was welcomed by Crystal who was so patient and kind she was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to assist us during our entire visit. Every time I had a concern it was acknowledged and it made my stay so smooth. Angela was also the absolute best! She was so accommodating and understanding and I truly do appreciate her assistance as well during my stay!
