"I booked this place for one night on our journey across Scotland, and I don't regret it one bit. The view from the room was amazing. The room itself was pretty bare bones, but you don't need much else when you have all of Glencoe out your window. The restaurant was very good, as was breakfast. There is a grocery a few hundred meters away as well if you need to stock up on anything. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Beautifully clean hotel. Stayed a few times and cleanliness standards are always kept very high. We had a heritage room this time - room was perfect but bathroom was pretty small. Large shower - but from shower glass to wall is the width of a bath mat so if you’re a rather large person you won’t fit. Breakfast was delicious although for a “Scottish” breakfast I would have expected Lorne sausage and sliced haggis. We had dinner in the bar area in the evening and although again, it was delicious there, wasn’t very much choice. We had the balmoral chicken which really wasn’t enough so a choice of extra veg would have been ideal. Overall a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. P.s. staff are wonderful ☺️ "

"This hotel is in a beautiful yet convenient location, if driving, just off the main road to/from Glencoe. It was peaceful with a stunning outlook, which you get the full view of from the restaurant. We had the family room, which was spacious but didn’t have the benefit of the good view. The room was lovely but the shower was not hot so we were given a key to another room to use the electric shower there. The shower was a mains sourced one and the boiler had just been serviced so hadn’t heated the tank up by the time we needed the shower on arrival. The room was warm and comfortable otherwise. We ate here and the food was excellent. The breakfast was very good too with the beautiful view an added bonus. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. "
