"Lovely hotel, the staff were all friendly and courteous, beautiful room with river view, balcony and very comfy sitting area. Great breakfast, the food in dry dock bar was also lovely. The pool was great too. A really peaceful stay, would highly recommend it. Even with vents on it wasn't too noisy. "

I have one gripe… Seafood Chowder, should include shellfish and smoked fish to which I was disappointed with as it only had white fish. Just call it fish soup."

"Great hotel. Plenty of facilities. Well maintained. We stayed here with two kids who loved the place. Nice swimming pool (just be aware that they require swimming hats, so bring or buy one). Breakfast was fine. Scones in the bar were excellent."
