Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a panoramic window and a double bed measuring 2x80 cm and 200 cm in length, also providing access to the terrace and patio.

The small, open kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
