"Cinque Sogni is a great place to stay in Rome. In the outer Rome area it is more peaceful and not too noisy. Easy access to the Metro. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed. A kitchenette and communal breakfast area is well set up with a selection of foods and beverages. A convenient fridge freezer combo for perishable foods. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Notre hôte était très prévenant pour préparer notre arrivée. Logement très simple mais tout à fait correct. Très proche du métro (150m à pied) mais dangereux d'accès car pas de trottoir (du fait de travaux lors de notre présence). Le petit déjeuner était sympa, l'hôtesse essayait de varier un peu chaque matin et avait des attentions pour les enfants. Par contre point négatif, le quartier est très bruyant la nuit (circulation, chantier, train)."

"BEWARE OF TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT: I can not evaluate the interior of this property, because I was never able to enter it. I did spend hours at its exterior, which I found to be bad and very difficult for transportation. My harsh complaint is about the Managers of this property, whose mismanagement resulted in my spending 3.5 hours trying to get access to the apartment, even though I arrived before their Closing Time. "L'accoglienza è stata eccellente! La signora, proprietaria del B&B si è prodigata a spiegazioni per facilitarci l'accesso alla struttura e per l'utilizzo dei vari servizi messi a disposizione. La camera posta al 4° piano è molto arieggiata e con un letto comodo, dotata di TV e di Wi-Fi. "Nous sommes arrivés pour 15h. Nous avons découvert des toilettes, douches débordante s.....il y avait eu un problème de sani broyeur.Il y avait un homme de ménage dans le couloir qui venait de faire le ménage de notre chambre....la salle de bain dégueulasse n'était pas son problème. On a dû trouver le tel de l'assistante qui a envoyé un réparateur. Nous avons dû rester jusqu'à 16h30 avant de pouvoir utiliser la SDB, pas très propre...."

"We were met with a clean, cozy and AC room already chilled as Rome was in the middle of a heatwave. The metro, restaurants and shops are nearby. The B&B couldn't offer the traditional breakfast due to Covid, byt the in room and filled refrigerator with fruits and all were nice. Different coffees are offer, but a French roast would be a nice touch to the rooms The outside garden is well shaded and was nice during the heatwave.
