"Absolutely one of the best affordable hotels in Zurich and centrally located and few minutes walk from central station. Very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the receptionists Martina for accommodating me to check in early as soon as the room was available , and also to Mac who let me use the warm lobby for few hours after checked out before my late flight . Both have great customer service . Will definitely come back and book this hotel again probably in summer . "

They arranged dinner reservations, gave us tea while we waited for the room to be ready, had apples for guests to take, and made us feel so welcome. Location is excellent! So easy to get around. Steps away from underground shopping, trains, boats, and beautiful scenery!"
