"There’s a glitch where hotels.com doesn’t seem to pass the guest’s email on so the property can’t send the check in details until you check directly / via the support chat. It’s quick from there on but rather annoying Otherwise brand new and a beautiful space with 4m ceilings but with a price point appropriate lowish budget fit out. "Nothing like the photos. Bathroom and bedding akin to hostel standards. Kitchen dirty with cobwebs in corners. It is not an apartment but a unit insde an operating Seniors Nursing Home. Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience "

"Hello! It was all wonderful. Very quiet. Apartment has everything and a very complete kitchen. Only small detail - nobody around. One has to self-checkin with a code. In our case the code arrived only hours after checkin time. Surely a mistake. Luckily the owner happened to show up after 15 minutes. (There is a phone number, but we did not have a European cell phone)."
