"The staff wasn't very friendly upon arrival. She gave us a room without a balcony despite booking a room with one. We returned to the front desk to inform her and I showed her my reservation but she replied that I had booked through a 3rd party and they don't always match up. Get this, there was hardly any other guests in the entire hotel so the question is "why would she even do that?". She agreed to give us a different room and it was wonderful. It was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. The beds were comfortable with 4 soft pillows each. The breakfast each morning was simple but really pretty good. It's a super convenient location and just a short walk to the beach. The other staff that we encountered were very friendly. We would stay here again."

"Here’s a polished, friendly, and helpful review you can copy/paste: ⸻ We had a wonderful stay at the St. Petersburg Hilton Carillon Park! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit comfortable. The pool was impressively clean and pleasantly warm, even though the weather was colder than usual during our trip. The hot tub was perfectly hot one day and more on the warm side the next, but still relaxing either way. One thing worth pointing out—some online searches say the hotel isn’t dog-friendly, but that’s definitely not the case. We saw several adorable four-legged guests during our stay, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d absolutely stay here again!"
