"The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"

"Very nice hotel and beautiful hotel. My only complaint is that the king bed I stayed in was very lumpy - I do mean very.. otherwise great place. Good size gym. Clean. Very friendly service."
