"The pirate retreat is a great spot. Yes there could be some fixes here and there but the view and feeling like you’re floating above the waves more than makes up for some deferred maintenance. "This place was great! Dog friendly, private access to the north end of La misión beach directly in front of the house. The complex is technically in the second row in front of the beach, but there’s nothing in front except the little path through the ice plant-covered dune, so it’s slightly set back from the beach and feels very private.
