We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. "Horribly short staffed property. No lobby agent till 7am so if you check in late like I did, someone from another property has to come and check you in. Terrible service and no one answers the phones either. The folks that are here are super friendly but they are short staffed. Avoid unless fully staffed "
