"This property is an not a hotel. The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. "in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! "Bella vacanza le prime due settimane di luglio 2025. La casa è in una zona tranquilla ma in posizione strategica.In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva ovunque: alla spiaggia Calanca, in centro, al porto, ai negozietti. In 10 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia Lentiscelle. A meno di 200 metri si trovano anche 3 supermercati.La signora che la gestisce è molto simpatica e disponibile.
