This spacious detached home in the heart of Grace Bay is a perfect spot for family and friends to enjoy all that this wonderful area has to offer. Just a few minutes walk from beautiful Grace Bay beach and some of the TCI s favourite eateries and watering holes, you will be spoiled for choice. The home boasts a private pool with a fenced-in garden, a large open plan modern kitchen, dining and living area, 2 en suite bedrooms on the ground floor and an en suite master bedroom which comprises the entire first floor with a spacious en suite with twin vanities, and a separate den/living area with pull-out sofa bed. Provo Golf Club is a 2 minute drive for golfing and tennis enthusiasts and there are a myriad of watersport companies at your disposal in the area. A perfect getaway for the cold winter months.

As the house is within walking distance of all the amenities of Grace Bay, our guests have found that a car rental is optional. If you do choose to do so for convenience or in order to explore more of the Island, we do also have an option of adding an SUV rental with the property for small additional fee (subject to availability).
