The staff was very nice and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the hotel offered great dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "The best room we had out of the 7 we stayed in in Croatia. Immaculate right from the entrance gate and all throughout. Set in a stunning area of Zagreb in the foothills, away from the hustle of the city. A warm welcome and smooth check in. Huge apartment with 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge, all well presented. Air con in all 3 rooms. 5 stars, but the icing on the cake would be the addition of a pool, which would have been a treat in the high temperatures. All staff were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend. "

"The food options in the whole resort, Terme cates, was awful. We ended up paying and renting a car, which was not the plan, so we could have some decent food options. We were staying at a hotel there. Otherwise, everything was good and as we hoped for."
