From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. But what absolutely stole my heart was the Christmas décor. It was truly magical—like stepping straight into a holiday movie. Sparkling lights, stunning trees, festive details in every corner… it felt whimsical and full of joy. The atmosphere alone made our stay unforgettable.
