The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for you, your friends or family. Enjoy the convenience of a dining table for enjoying meals together. The living room offers a cozy space for unwinding.



Outside, you'll find a relaxing garden and BBQ grill, perfect for an outdoor cooking evening. The property also includes amenities like a private garage for parking and essential appliances such as a washer and dryer for added convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, three with attached large bathrooms and an additional powder room. Enjoy the modern kitchen with an electric lift bench, the dining area, and the cozy living room. Outside, the garden and BBQ grill are available for your use. You'll also have access to the private garage for parking, as well as the washer and dryer for added convenience. The property is a single-level home with a private entrance.

Travel time to the city center is approximately 30 minutes. For those arriving by air, Perth Airport (PER) is about a 35-minute drive. Parking is available with a private garage for guests, as well as free street parking.

Brand new Washer & Dryer are also available. Including wireless internet and reverse cycle air-conditioning in all rooms for your convenience and comfort :)
