"We loved the executive lodge,nice and warm and clean,we had food in the restaurant which was lovely,it was quite lively as the was a wedding but the setting of the property is stunning,breakfast was just ok the food was warm and the plate was extremely hot bit wierd."

"Great location and great property. Half hour walk into York with easy parking. Room was spacious and clean and with a very nice bathroom. Indoor pool and jacuzzi and sauna were clean and easy to use. Definitely recommend "

"Lovely rooms, well decorated to a high standard friendly team of people, great breakfast. The staff were very helpful cleaning the room up after our Bukakke Party where around a dozen men all came round and joined us for a few hours on one of the nights. Restaurant was nice aswell. "

"If you want a relaxed break this is a great hotel to book, just come back from a weekend away. What a joy to stay somewhere with such amazing staff. Room was lovely very clean comfy bed. Great breakfast we also dined in the restaurant and bar which was really nice. Had a three hour spa to finish off our stay. Will definitely be back."
