"The view is pretty amazing. All the reviews about bugs and being dirty and ran down really had me worried. My room was great! Really clean, comfy bed and no issues with the fireplace. The people that complained about bird poo on the balcony realize that it is an oceanfront property, right? It wasn’t excessive in my opinion. The balcony was pretty sturdy and did not raise alarm. Check in and check out was a breeze with both staff members being friendly and helpful. This review is based on a room on the top floor. I’d come back. "

"We always rent a 2 queen ocean view. The view and the gas fireplace are great. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are comfortable. "

"Staff was an 11 as well as clean room and comfort were also above average. Having breakfast included was also nice. We have scheduled another weekend here next month and this was due only to our positive experience. "Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Our room was very clean, plus we had an awesome view of the ocean during the King Tides! The facility is old, and could use some maintenance outside, however our room was updated and very nice. The restaurant/lounge is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch & dinner, with the food being delicious and plentiful. We will definitely stay at the Adobe Resort again."
