"This has been on my bucket list for years and it did not disappoint. We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely property and beautiful city. "

"I honestly don’t know if we were given a room upgrade, but the room was excellent. There was lots of space & I love the heated floors in the bathroom. We didn’t end up eating at the hotel, but there are many restaurants in the area. The staff was lovely & the location is good. Everything is within close proximity although going up the hill to upper town could be challenging for some. We were more concerned about coming down safely as the streets are at quite an incline & were icy. The view from my room was also lovely. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"My mom and I wanted to explore Quebec City for the holidays, and we really enjoyed our stay! Room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. We also appreciated the proximity to everything we wanted to see, an easy walk from many shops and restaurants, Christmas markets, Notre Dame, and Chateau Frontenac. Made our first trip to Quebec very enjoyable!"

"Stayed here for 3 nights during the Christmas market. Hotel is perfectly located for all market locations! We were able to run back to the room for rests/washroom breaks and be back in the market area in 5 min! Clean, cosy, and great old city feel. Just be aware this is not a traditional hotel, no staff from 11pm-7am. Did not impact our stay at all, just surprised when we checked in."

"This Hotel is absolutely gorgeous in every way. Spotless, comfortable, great location, and first class. From the minute you step in to check in the staff is there for your every need. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped. From iron to coffee bar there is nothing you need. The bathroom is beautiful with comforting heated floors. Concierge desk is there for what ever you need. They also have a vehicle available to give you a lift to some lical spots. Matt, louis and sean are in the lobby to do what ever they can to make your trip easy. Marjorie in concierge will set you up with great restaurants that are hard to find a table in. Their breakfast buffet in super!! If youre going to Quebec City stay here you will be very very happy!!"
