Golden Sands 1412 is a modern beachfront Two Bedroom condominium. This two-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms beautifully furnished condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular ocean view. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days!
The spacious living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a large living chair facing the ocean, and wall-mounted flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The wooden floors are great for sandy feet. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Also off of the living room area is another full bathroom. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television and access to the balcony, and of course a master bath. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed that has a (double on the top and bottom) and wall-mounted flat-screen television. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, and has a sleep chair if needed for the small one, so bring the whole family!

We love Golden Sands & everything it offers. However we have stayed in much better units in this building. Master bed, incredibly uncomfortable. And Master Bath would not drain (likely due to sand buildup). Unit itself wasn't cleaned well when we arrived. Sand literally everywhere. We realize this is the beach, but again, have had far more comfortable stays in this building.

Smoke and mirrors

If there were only 2 staying in this condo, it would have been better. No way this condo sleeps 9 adults. The bunk beds in 2nd bedroom had weight limits of 175 lbs 2 adults weigh more than that. There was sand on the bottom bunk, sand in the carpets. The photo on your website makes it look bigger and the mirrors are deceiving as I thought the balcony went all thru the front of the condo, My husband and I slept like brother and sister, and my sister slept on the couch. Hardly accomodations for 9 as you state. Yes, it was great being at the beach, the weather was not cooperative for the most part but that is what happens but the furniture was not comfortable at all in the living room. The TV was up high and the furniture has low backs, so we strained our necks to watch. When we arrived, the front door was not locked nor shut, it was open, and the bag of towels and sheets were right behind the door, we had to slide in and move the bag to get in and then check to make sure no one was in there. The keys did not work easily to lock the doors, the screen door on the balcony was off the track. Phew, (hey you asked for my opinion) there was a very large painting on the bottom bunk and my husband moved it up against the bedroom wall. We could tell it was to go over the couch in living room, we could see the hangers on the wall and it must have fallen. However to leave it on a bed that is being rented was not kind and it made me feel as if we would be accused of the picture being off the wall. We had to move the living room furniture around so we could be as comfortable as possible and the sand under the furniture was a lot! We swept it up as it was much nicer afterwards walking barefoot. Also, both toilets had a screeching noise with each use of lifting the lid, we lubricated with a food spray and it quieted it but we should not need to do that when renting and paying a good amount for a weeks worth of relaxation. I hope you can see my point. However, we had a good time, we got away, but will not stay at the Golden Sands again. I would like to rent a house on the beach in Delaware, if you can make that happen, please do! Thanks for reading all this. M.S.N from Maryland

Perfect location and view fun tiki bar

Very dirty and bedding policy as well as check in and parking inconvenient. Rugs seemed to have never been cleaned. Otherwise, perfect for a family and great location close to beach with pool and tiki bar!

Excellent!

The condo was very clean and set up great! The views were absolutely incredible. Ocean view even better than the pictures and awesome bayside sunset view from the front! The views are worth every penny. Golden Sands has every amenity you need to not ever leave. Something for everyone from the tiki bar to the kid pool, DJ, ice cream shop and food options. The location is great. Plenty of space inside to not feel cramped, bedrooms are large! Kitchen is small but updated and had everything we needed. We loved our stay!!!
