"The great things about this accommodation is the location: only a few tram stops from the airport and 3 minutes walk from the station ( the same tram takes you to the main station in central area in 20 min ). And all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom seemed very very clean and looked after, no dust or hairs! Catia was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only thing was that you are actually sharing the kitchen when/ if there are other travellers staying in the flat which I didn’t realise...

We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. "The room was wonderful, even had heated towel warmers which is nice in November. The hotel has an authentic feel and is beautiful. The concierge AnnaLisa was especially helpful, getting us set up with a timed visit to see the David, dinner reservations at the hotel and breakfast-to-go for one day were were doing a whole day bus tour. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options - great food. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night."
