2 Bedroom, 2 Bath remodeled beautiful condo in the Oceanfront Regency Tower Condominiums with private extended balcony on pool level.

Sleeps 7 comfortably with the Master Bedroom having a Queen Bed and the second bedroom having a brand new full size daybed with a twin sized trundle bed. Both beds have brand new 8” memory foam mattresses which are very comfortable! Also, guests can sleep comfortably on the brand new queen sized push button air mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. The family can gather at the brand new table that seats 4 and an additional 3 at the brand new breakfast bar in the full kitchen.

Talk about location, just cross the street to enjoy the beach and ocean or relax on your extended balcony on the pool/sundeck level of the Regency which is right outside your living room doors.

And you can leave your car there because you're walking distance to North Wildwood's Restaurant and Entertainment District as well as the seawall and famous Boardwalk.

*Linens (sheets/blankets/pillows), towels (beach/bath), paper products and beach supplies are not provided. These items will need to be brought by the guest.*

Loved the location and private balcony. The Condo was also decorated lovely and had good taste in design.., family of 6 stayed there. Everyone enjoyed location on pool deck so convenient. Only complaint was it went by too fast.

Another Great Week

This was our third time at this unit and it was perfect once again. Very convenient location and easy access to the pool and the beach. Many great bars and restaurants (and the boardwalk) very near-by. The Unit is well equipped and very clean. Easy check in and check out. The owner Staci is very responsive to any questions you might have. Highly recommend this for your vacation choice!!!

Great stay in prime location

We’re sold on North Wildwood after usually staying in the Crest. The condo was awesome, clean & comfortable. Great end unit right on the pool deck, just walk outside your patio door & pool is right there. Just across the street from beach & short walk to Hereford Inlet Lighthouse. Would def stay again.

Family vacation

This is our second summer in a row staying here. The location is perfect. The condo is perfect for families. The elevators and carts supplied for check in and check out make everything so much easier. Beds are very comfortable. And my personal favorite, it is very clean. Can’t wait to stay here again next summer

Fantastic condo - outstanding location

This condo offers it all, fantastic location - so close to the beach, restaurants yet in a peaceful neighborhood environment. The management at the Regency is very attentive and friendly. The huge balcony is fantastic and was great during the day for pool time but also evenings to enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze. The unit is very clean and updated. I can’t think of any improvements to suggest, our stay was perfect from start to finish. The beds and all furnishings are very comfortable. We (group of 3) enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

Amazing property

WOW. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Book this place for your next vacation!!! The unit was clean and had every thing you could want. No detail was left out, the beds were so comfortable, couches were too. Such a great place to relax and unwind. Huge bonus was being on the pool deck, but still having privacy. The pool was clean and huge with great baby pool for our toddler. Great location, right across from the beach. Parking was easy. Host was attentive and checked in with us. Thank you Staci for a home away from home. We will be back next year for sure!!

Another great week in NW

This is the second year in a row we stayed here and we had a wonderful time. The unit is the perfect size for our group of 4, and very convenient to the pool and beach. Just a short drive to many restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Very clean unit, nicely stocked. The owner (Staci) was very good to communicate with. One note: we had been following various posting on the internet about the condition of the beach in NW. WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE BEACH. Access to the beach from this unit was very convenient, and we typically had plenty of room on the beach. I suggest you pay attention to the high tide chart, because the beach does shrink some during high tide. But as I said, we were at the beach everyday, sometimes for as much as 6 or 7 hours, and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this Unit for your vacation plans!

Beautiful Unit. Great Location.

Staci was great with communication. Unit was clean and had many amenities, including toiletry samples which was extremely convenient. The private balcony was convenient with easy access to the pool. My only complaints were with the Regency itself, and not the property owner. The staff is rude when it comes to parking. We weren't trying to take up any additional spots, but there was a miscommunication with the parking pass and they were quick to threaten with towing. Also, the second floor has some smokers on it so the smell wasn't the greatest. Overall, we did love the unit and would rent again.

We had a fantastic stay, the unit was well kept and furnished with many amenities.

My family has stayed at the Regency for 23 years. This was our first time staying in this beautiful double unit. The pool deck and private balcony was a big plus. Everything was just as expected with no surprises. My family really enjoyed the stay .

Property was great - very clean. Location was the best pool right outside our doors and right across from the beach . The owner was extremely nice and very helpful with instructions. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Great location! Great property!

We had a fabulous time at this property. Staci was communicative and clear in all directions and the property itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. Very close to the heated pool and had the largest balcony by far. The location to the beach was exceptional and we were very pleased with everything. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Week in North Wildwood

Our group of four had a wonderful time in N Wildwood. Great communication with the owner Staci. Easy check in. Everything at our unit was as advertised. The unit was a perfect size for us. The private balcony was great. Being at pool level was wonderful. And a short walk right to the beautiful beach. Lots of nearby and convenient bars and restaurants. And the iconic Boardwalk is an easy walk or very short drive away. Highly recommend this unit!
