"Ein Stern ist selbst zu viel!!! Achtung - Betrug!!! Das Boot was angeboten wird gibt es zwar aber wird ausschließlich bei booking angeboten. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. "We had an amazing visit to Amsterdam thanks to our HomeAway Houseboat Rental. We were situated exactly where most would prefer, it was very quiet on the water at night. Arie was a very gracious host who always responded quickly on any questions we had, before and during our stay. Lots of special touches that were very much appreciated, like plenty of fresh towels, designer soaps and more. Easy going and helpful. Definitely recommend Arie's houseboat when visiting Amsterdam!"

"Bei der Ankunft stellten wir schnell fest, dass uns ein anderes Hausboot zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, als wir über das Portal gebucht haben. Die Bilder im Netz stimmen nicht mit dem Boot überein. Eine Unterbringung in das gebucht war nicht möglich, da schon vergeben. Wir denken, dass hier eine ständige Überbuchung stattfindet, ob das rechtens ist, bleibt eine Frage. Uns wurde allerdings eine Rückerstattung in Höhe 100€ gezahlt, welches unsere Vorfreude auf das gebucht Boot allerdings nicht...
