The property accommodates up to 18 guests within a single private estate, made up of 3 units:
a main house,
an independent studio,
an independent 2-room apartment.
This layout allows everyone to keep their privacy (families, grandparents, teenagers, friends) while sharing the same outdoor areas: pool, garden, terraces and relaxation spaces.

In total, the property offers 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, spread across these three spaces, all located within the same enclosed estate with shared access to the garden, pool and outdoor facilities.

The main kitchen in the house is fully equipped for cooking for large groups:

plenty of tableware, pots, dishes and utensils
A pool house with kitchen/dining area completes the setup so you can make the most of meals by the pool, at lunchtime and in the evening.

the cul-de-sac in front of the house is completely private, so you will not be disturbed by traffic noise.
It is an ideal place to enjoy the sun, play outdoors, organise convivial meals and get together with family or friends in the atmosphere of a Provençal country house.

The location is perfect for exploring the Côte d’Azur:
the villages of Mouans-Sartoux and Mougins nearby, with restaurants, galleries, markets and typical narrow streets
Cannes about 20 minutes away: beaches, Croisette, marinas, luxury shopping, seafront restaurants
Grasse and its perfumeries just 15 minutes away
Many activities are available in the surrounding area:

Provençal markets, wine estates, hilltop villages
Mouans-Sartoux train station can be reached in a few minutes and Nice airport is about 30 minutes away by car.
For families & groups
The villa is particularly well suited to large families, groups of friends and multi-generational stays.
Spacious interiors, garden, play area, pétanque court and pool allow everyone to find their place: children can play while adults enjoy the terrace, the garden or an aperitif by the pool.
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the entire property during your stay: main house, studio, apartment, garden, pool, pool house, pétanque court and parking within the estate.
Arrival and departure are arranged in advance with the host, with a welcome and an inventory/check of the premises.
Linen & cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and carried out by a professional.
For stays of 6 nights or more, household linen is provided.
For stays of less than 6 nights, an additional charge for linen may be requested (sheets and towels), specified at the time of booking or in the exchanges before your arrival.
Tourist tax and security deposit
A tourist tax may be requested at the time of booking DEPENDING ON THE BOOKING PLATFORM.
A bank card pre-authorisation for the security deposit may be requested DEPENDING ON THE BOOKING PLATFORM.
