"Nice room and comfortable bed. A one person operation to help with parking and room keys. He left after a couple of hours later and with no front desk, there was no way to complain about the loud party on the deck below us that did not end until 2:30 am. Since the A/C didn’t work, we were forced to keep the windows open - thus only a few hours of sleep."

GPS location in Riccia was slightly off but Serafino and Miriam were incredibly responsive and everything worked out great immediately after contacting them as they were waiting for us to ensure seamless checkin. "A very nice hotel with all the basics. Comfortable beds and the bathrooms are updated and modern. Parking needs to be directlyin frontifthe hotel due to car thefts, but we did not feel unsafe even when returning from a wedding at 2am. Proximity to train station makes this hotel very convenient"
