"We came to Perth, from a reasonably close regional location, for medical reasons. The trip had to be organised quickly so price options were not great. This place was reasonable and the view of the marina and surrounding waters and homes is fantastic. Good walking tracks nearby, cafes and restaurants and plenty of parking. "

"Cheap Rooms are dated, but that is reflected in the price. You cannot expect the Ritz when you're not paying for it.. Room was clean and comfy, Fresh linens and comfy bed. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Where the real value comes in is the setting. The serenity and beauty of your surroundings is second to none... Beautiful sunset with roos roaming around you and live music, while enjoying a meal and a bevy. AMBIENCE ++++++"

"Location was great, enjoyed our lovely spacious room with good amenities. Only issue is was on the road side and traffic noise was exceptionally loud all the time, even making the balcony unusable. Nice pool. "
