While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. He wasn’t just cooking, he came out and entertained the customers, please do not lose him, I want to come back to see him for more croissant and pastries. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "
