La Maison Ver La Mer is a modern and large home with an open plan living, kitchen and living area that leads out to an outdoor entertaining area where family and friends can wine and dine in style or even have a BBQ.

The open-plan kitchen has all your cooking essentials. The coastal ambience extends to the luxury lounge, including a wide-screen smart TV, together with a split system, and a cosy gas log fireplace.

Enjoy a meal in the enclosed indoor space, complete with a spacious dining table perfect for gathering and sharing moments.

The main level has a queen bedroom and 2 bedrooms with tri bunks (double bottom / single top), plus an additional trundle bed in the second bedroom. Upstairs is a fabulous parents' retreat, offering a double-size bedroom, a single bedroom (without a door), an ensuite, and a living room with a split system and a TV. The moovedern family bathroom is on the main level.

Expansive alfresco dining, featuring a 14 seat under cover dining suite, cosy lounges, an enclosed server room, and a gas BBQ. Surrounded by a fully enclosed backyard. One of the best private outdoor entertaining areas. Please note there is no dining table inside.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway to soak up the sun or chill in the great-sized backyard and patio area there is something for everyone.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
