Mansion freshly renovated and modernized 130m ² on a park of 1ha200, with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, well equipped and functional kitchen, swimming pool and flowered and shaded garden.
Here you are sure to have relaxation and rest. Mountain bikes are at your disposal to enjoy a green and rejuvenating environment.
Although in the countryside we are not totally isolated so far, Sauveboeuf, restaurant bar, supermarket 800m; Lalinde all shops 4 km.
