"Check-in took a little longer than expected, and I think this could be improved by having more staff available at reception. That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight. We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool was amazing—beautiful, relaxing, and not crowded at all, which really gave us peace of mind. "Excellent service from airport pick-up, arrival to check out. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, hot water. Breakfast buffet has something for anyone. The only complaint would be regarding the doors. Every morning when people left the neighboring rooms the doors would slam close with a big bang waking everyone up from the deepest sleep. If some kind of soft close could be attached or rubber damping would greatly help to improve the total experience."
