The villa 'Vivenda Júlia e Tavares' in Vilamoura has been a beautiful and comfortable setting for family holidays and gatherings with friends for the past 35 years. The impressive 345 m² property, accommodating up to 10 guests, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms and 2 sharing a bathroom), and an additional guest toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available upon request.



You will enjoy a very spacious private outdoor area with a pool, garden, 2 open terraces, a balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The poolside area offers views of the neighbouring golf course. The property is located in a quiet area, about a 20-minute walk from Vilamoura Marina and a 30-minute walk from the beach. A supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. There are 3 parking spaces on the property, as well as free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
