Our place is perfectly located near Downtown. Walking distance to Shoreline Village, a great area to walk outdoors with shops and restaurants.
A nice 1 mile walk or drive to the Convention Center, 2 miles to the Queen Mary and one minute to all freeways to Downtown L.A., Disneyland and all the beaches up and down the coast! Walk to Ocean ave or Pine ave to the local shopping and night life!
5 bedrooms 4 full baths!! 3 of the bedrooms are masters with walk in closets and in suite bathrooms!!!!
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for perfect meal, drinks or entertaining!!
Smart TV’s in all rooms and a small side yard with seating.

Great location. Very easy to get in and out of. We stayed 3 nights. Rooms are large and everyone had plenty of space. There were 10 of us. Tiffany was very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful stay! The house is cute and clean and was very easy to find. It’s also located in a convenient area. We did have some noise issues with the neighbor but the host quickly replied and we were able to find a solution that resolved the issue. Would stay here again!

We had family come into town for a bridal shower from 5 different states! This was a perfect house for us. There was a large gathering area on the first floor! We walked around the park that is across the street one morning!

Everything you need in Long Beach

I stayed with a few coworkers for a conference and this was the perfect spot. Close to everything, private space for all of us and all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Spacious and Clean in Long Beach

Our family traveled from the east coast for a wedding in Long Beach. Our VRBO was very convenient to the wedding venue and Disneyland. We took the boys fishing off the Seal Beach and Santa Monica piers. Thank you for the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We had a great time.

Fantastic place close to downtown and waterfront

This is a gem of a property. Every detail was taken care of. All the beds were very comfortable, ceiling fans made it comfortable and there are 4 bathrooms. Washer/drier worked well and the kitchen had everything you will need. The art is great in each room. Tiffany was spectacular! Parking was easy and all the instructions for the place complete. We LOVED staying here!

5 stars isn’t enough

From the communications with Tiffany the host to the amazing location I don’t think only 5 stars is enough. My family complimented me on picking out this amazing home. I used the word “home” because that’s truly how it felt to us. It is 3 stories so take that into consideration if you have older or special needs travelers. The first floor does have a trundle bed and bath. This will be our forever Long Beach home when traveling anywhere near. Lastly downtown Long Beach is more than we expected, tons of amazing restaurants and bars.

California fun!!

This property was very clean and convenient. We found the owner very good to work with. The decor was simple but great for a rental space. The bedroom on the second floor has to go into the other bedroom to access the bathroom. We would highly recommend this property. We were 5 couples in town for 4 days before getting onto a cruise ship.

Our Beach Weekend

To begin with; Tiffany is great! So helpful, friendly and she was available with answers to questions or anything needed. The place is amazing! 3 levels of quirky, fresh and fun decor. It is also very clean. Everything was provided! Plenty of towels, toiletries, blankets to help make our stay enjoyable. Parking wasn’t bad either. Because we had 4 vehicles, we didn’t end up using the designated space but the parking across from the place. We were worried with all the times we left that there’d be an issue finding a spot but there wasn’t. That was a huge plus! We will definitely be back! Tiffany, thank you again! 🙂

Amazing Hosts & Beautiful Property!

I was so impressed not only with the comfort and cleanliness of the property, but also the genuine friendliness of the on site host & the co-host Tiffany. My family was in Long Beach for my daughters wedding. The Hosts left a beautiful card and lovely bottle of wine to greet us. The property was large enough that we were all able to get ready in the multiple bathrooms and even enjoy a nice family meal together before departing. My grandkids also enjoyed the playing at the park which was right across the street. Thank you again for making my family feel so welcome.
