The Space:
Located just north of Broad Beach, adjacent to El Pescador Beach, this exquisite villa includes 3 opulent acres of private beach access, alluring panoramic views, 2 exclusive and modern master suites, with a total of 5 beautiful en-suite bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Expansive ocean views and seamless indoor-outdoor flow create the ultimate setting for relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living area, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, invites the Pacific inside, while a stone fireplace adds warmth to breezy coastal nights. Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home and private beachfront. The property features a private entrance, free on-site parking, and direct access to the sand. Enjoy the hot tub, firepit, and alfresco dining area, as well as the fully equipped chef’s kitchen and spacious living areas.
Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).

Located on Malibu’s exclusive El. Pescador Beach neighborhood, this area is known for its pristine coastline, privacy, and luxury beachfront homes. Just a short drive away, you’ll find Trancas Country Market for groceries and boutique shopping, local cafes, and fine dining options. Nearby hiking trails and scenic overlooks provide stunning views of the Pacific.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring Malibu and surrounding areas. The home offers free parking, and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are available. Nearby Pacific Coast Highway provides easy access to Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and other coastal destinations.

As a Stay Awhile guest, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your rental car at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas, all of our cars are well-optioned vehicles, ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Booking Instructions: Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking.
To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully:
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
5) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
7) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.
Parking: Ample private parking is available in the driveway and garage, with additional street parking for overflow.
Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
8) Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
9) Hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
