I was expecting a little more with the food, it was decent but not amazing! I took the boat from the dock at the foot of the property which was worth doing and less crowded than the other areas. "

"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "

Toothbrushes, and shampoo for for adult and child was a nice thought. Right next to the pedestrian street but not noisy. Free washer use but the dryer is wonky. Still loved my stay"
