3-room terraced house 56 m2 on 2 levels, very nice furnishings: living / dining room with 1 sofa. TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery 25 m2, open. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower / WC. Terrace 50 m2, south facing position. Nice view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Access to the house via 25 steps. The mezzanine rooms have small windows.

Erbarmelijk en oplichting

Wij hebben na aankomst en bezichtiging ons verblijf geannuleerd: ten 1e - wegens niet overeenkomstig met de foto's op de site 2e - niet onderhouden woonst en terras 3e - lekkende airco's en vochtige geur 4e - slordig gekuist en de terras is niet onderhouden plastieken meubels vuil ipv de teak meubelen zoals op de foto's. Ik wou ter plaatste foto's nemen van de huidige situatie maar dat mocht ik niet. Nadien ben ik dan via telefoon ook nog bedreigd geweest van de eigenaar omdat ik haar had gezegd dat ik me opgelicht voelde. Ik heb na discussie een cheque als terugbetaling gekregen zonder de reservatiekosten die VRBO aangerekend heeft. De cheque heb ik bij bank afgegeven maar is nog steeds niet op mijn rekening gestort. VRBO wil ook de reservatiekosten niet terugbetalen. We voelen ons echt opgelicht. Jullie hebben mijn gegevens en mogen me steeds contacteren voor meer informatie hieromtrent want wat ik allemaal wil opsommen kan niet in dit vakje.

appartement avec terrasse idéalement située pour une belle vue mer. A Recommander aux personnes plutÎt jeunes car bcp de marches pour descendre à la mer (pas obligatoire, peut se faire en voiture) appart confortable et propre. Bien équipé en électro et vaisselle.

Traumhafter Meerblick mit riesiger Terrasse

Wir haben hier als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 8 und 11 Jahren eine wunderschöne Woche im August verbracht. Der erhabene Meerblick von der 50qm großen Terrasse ist unvergesslich. Man kann von hier aus laut Vermieterin auf die Sommerresidenz von Sarkozy & Bruni blicken. Leider hatten wir unser Fernglas zu Hause vergessen und konnten die beiden TurteltĂ€ubchen nicht stalken ;-) Das Haus ist recht klein, hat aber fĂŒr 4 Personen die richtige GrĂ¶ĂŸe, denn man verbringt die meiste Zeit ohnehin auf der Terrasse. Man fĂŒhlt sich hier sehr privat, da sie rundherum kaum einsehbar ist. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Da wir jeden Tag selbst gekocht haben, war uns der Herd mit seinen zwei Platten zu klein. Diese standen so eng, dass man immer nur eine der Platten nutzen konnte. Dadurch hat sich das Kochen etwas in die LĂ€nge gezogen. Die Matratzen hatten fĂŒr französische VerhĂ€ltnisse noch einen angenehmen HĂ€rtegrad. Wir hatten auch ungebetene GĂ€ste: Eine Ameisen Siedlung hatte sich unter der SpĂŒlmaschine eingenistet. Wir haben die Vermieterin darauf hingewiesen, dass das nicht so angenehm ist, wenn die KĂŒchentheke von Ameisen Wanderwegen durchzogen ist. Mal schauen, ob sie sich darum kĂŒmmert. Die schönen StrĂ€nde La Fossette und St. Clair sind zu Fuß sehr gut in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier nur weiterempfehlen!

Maison trÚs agréable pour 4 personnes, espace extérieur exceptionnel avec une vue superbe sur la mer. TrÚs bien entretenue, propre. La climatisation dans la chambre est trÚs appréciable.Je recommande sans problÚme cette location. L'accÚs à la plage par les escaliers se fait sans trop de difficultés.

Séjour agréable dans une résidence tranquille et calme. point fort : grande terrasse, bien équipée avec vue panoramique sur la mer. Maisonnette confortable, idéale pour un ou deux couples. Plage de la fossette accessible à pied par un chemin privatif.(nombreuses marches) Voiture conseillée pour accéder aux autres plages du Lavandou, centre ville et commerces de proximité
