"In the first room i booked, the tpilet kept running, di i opted for another smaller room. Had to cakk someone to get the tv running, then the coffee machine would not work in the morning. Later that day the fridge quit and defrosted while we were out. Staff reslly need to take care of such issues. No revate was given even though we went to a smaller room and the other issues faced."
