Private & Secure: The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and security gate. The property has 24/7 on-site security and exterior surveillance cameras for your safety.
Maximum Capacity: The apartment comfortably sleeps 5–6 guests (2 bedrooms with private bathrooms + 1 sofa bed in the living room).
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You may smoke outside in designated open-air areas.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10 PM.
Cleaning & Towels: Fresh towels and basic cleaning are provided. For longer stays, extra cleaning can be arranged on request.
Parking: A secure private parking spot is provided for your convenience.
